The company was recognized as an Insolvency Professional Entity by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on 19th June 2017 and granted certificate of registration bearing number IBBI/IPE/0011.
Board of Directors is comprised of Mr. KAMALESH KUMAR SINGHANIA and Mr. HANUMAN MAL CHORARIA , who are also the first directors of the company .
Mr. Kamalesh Kumar Singhania, Managing Director and CEO, is a Company Secretary with more than 35 years of post qualification experience. He has been engaged in providing Project consultancy (setting up of new projects, modernizations, expansions, diversifications), Loan syndications, Financial and management consultancy and rehabilitation/ revival of sick Industrial enterprises. His areas of specialization include Textiles, Steel, Hospitality and Agro processing sectors. Mr. Singhania has been in this field for last 3 decades.
Mr. Singhania will look after the overall planning, execution, co-ordination and organizational matters of thecompany.

Mr. H. M. Choraria, Director, is a senior company secretary with more than 40 years of post qualification experience. He was elected as President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2008 and had been active in development of profession.
Mr. Choraria had been engaged in providing professional services relating to Corporate and Economic Laws, Direct and Indirect Taxation and matters relating to management of the corporate bodies.
Mr. Chorariawill look after the overall administration, legal compliances, planning and support system required for execution of assignments undertaken by the company.

Mr. Pradeep Goenka, a Qualified Insolvency Professional, is an ex-banker having more than 23 years’ experience in corporate banking and handling Large Credit Accounts. He is presently working as a Financial and Management Consultant with special focus on Loan Syndications, Risk Management and Rehabilitation of sick industries.
Mr. Pradeep Goenka, with his team,will be looking after the execution of Resolution Process and management of affairs of the corporate borrowers under resolution Plan.
Mr. Shanti Kumar Jain, M. Com., MBA, LLB, ACMA, ACS, is a practicing Company Secretary having more than 45 years’ of experience in compliance management, Taxation and legal matters and business consultancy.
Mr. Shanti Kumar Jain will be looking after the Legal matters, support services to all team members and back office operations of the company.
Ms. Shikha Singhania, is a practicing Company Secretary having more than 9 years’ of experience in compliance management, management consultancy and overseas funding including ECB, Private Equity, FDI etc.
Ms. Shikha Singhania will be looking after the overall operations of Mumbai Office of the company with her team of qualified Insolvency Professionals.
Mr. Vivek Singhania, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification is an ex-banker having more than 10 years’ experience in Institutional Banking and Large Credit Accounts. He is presently working as a Management Consultant with special focus on Overseas Funding including ECB, Private Equity, Joint ventures, FDI and Custodial Services to FIs and NRIs.
Based at Mumbai, Mr. Vivek Singhania will be responsible for exploring the possibilities of finding new investors including overseas investors for the corporate entities under resolution process. He will also look after the implementation of resolution plan after the same is sanctioned by the Adjudicating Authority.
