Representing any person before NCLT/DRT in relation to any matter relating to code.
Represent the lenders at the meeting of commitee of creditors.
These services can be provided to any person (i.e. other than the entities for whom we are acting as an Insolvency Professional.
To advise / assist the management in implementation of Resolution / Repayment Plan.
To supervise implementation of Resolution / Repayment Plan.
To do all such acts as may be ordered by the NCLT / DRT while approving Resolution / Repayment Plan and /or as may be required to be done by Resolution Professional under the Resolution / Repayment Plan.
